From the tenth place finisher on, the Big East was a powerhouse this season yet again. I mention that because the number ten team in the league at seasons end just so happened to be the Cincinnati Bearcats.
Cincinnati was led by a group of seniors headlined by Sean Killpatrick. Killpatrick was a fearless leader of this team, which finished 9-9 in the Big East and 21-12 overall.
After a solid season that earned them a ticket to the big dance, the Bearcats will be looking to improve upon its second round finish for next season. With the draft class they have that shouldn’t be a problem.
