Season Wrap: Villanova

Under head coach Jay Wright Villanova had another solid year in the Big East, but what else is new?

Wright has had his teams in the mix at the end of the season since he became the coach for the Wildcats as his teams don’t particularly do anything spectacular, yet they are solid at all aspects of the game.

With a 10-8 record in conference play and an overall record of 20-14, the Wildcats finished in the seven spot in the Big East while also punching their ticket to the big dance. 85329040TL007_Pittsburgh_Pa

Although they were bounced in the second round of the NCAA tourney, Villanova has to be pleased with the success they had with their young roster.

Something that ‘Cat fans have to be looking forward to for years to come.
