While Derrick Rose has taken on the questions and answers of fans and the media; Joakim Noah has now missed the first two preseason games due to a groin injury.
No need to panic Bulls fans. The Bulls staff has stated that it’s not that serious and he will suit up for their next game against the Washington Wizards. If this is true, it will be the first time in a long time that the Bulls will play a complete healthy team.
Noah is known for his hustle play and rebounding. The one time all-star has improved every season and is primed to possibly win Defensive Player of the Year this season. You can always tell what the Bulls are missing when Noah is not on the court.
This year it is extremely important that Noah stays healthy due to the lack of guys at the center position. The Bulls do have Nazr Mohammed, though he is thought of a guy who is more of 11 or 12th man on the bench, but Mohammed showed solid minutes last season when called upon.
As long as Noah stays healthy the Bulls have the best chance to beat the Miami Heat in the playoffs this season, experts say.
