Drake doesn’t like honesty I guess.
Future told Billboard that he believes Drakes album just wasn’t all that.
“Drake made an album that is full of hits but it doesn’t grab you. They’re not possessive; they don’t make you feel the way I do.”
“I’ve been on the songs of all these rappers that put out an album, and my music is still better.”
The article on Billboard is however edited but the writer tweeted quotes that Future thought were off the record. Now the “Honest” rapper is suing Drake for 1.5 million which is the amount he would have made for going on tour. Recent updates say that singer Jhene Aiko, replacing Future, will be joining Drake and fellow singer Miguel on the tour that starts Friday. I believe Drake is being a little overly sensitive with the comment. Of course Future is going to say his music is better than anyone else in his lane. Why? Because he is a rapper that’s what they do. Even Kanye said “Yeezus” is better than Pusha T’s “My Name Is My Name” after he was filmed ranting about how great it is. Drake took the comment a little over board when he dropped Future although I can see why he did it. It was just a little constructive criticism.
