Just Run.

I think this quote is extremely inspiring. People give me a hard time because they think I’m running to lose weight. It started out that way, but it changed over time. I’m not trying to do these web blogs to persuade people; I’m just sharing my experience and what I’ve learned. Anything that you start new is never easy at first. And with running, I never let it get easy. But the thought of pushing through the pain and knowing that I make a goal for myself and I achieve it is so self rewarding. That’s why I do it. To convince myself that I can face the pain and stress, and come out feeling even better about myself in the end.
