People think that having one pair of running shoes is good enough. However, they don’t realize how bad it is for your feet and your Achilles tendon to be using the same tennis shoes for more than 6 months.
It obviously takes a while for the new shoes to break in so they might give you blisters, or rub your feet the wrong way. But once you break them in and start running in them constantly you will really wear them down fast especially in the soles.
I have a pair that used to be my sister’s, so I know they definitely can’t be good for my feet. If you want to be a competitive runner, or just a good runner in general, then you gotta take care of those footsies!
